We are in Christ, we should strive to keep the unity of the Spirit but personally, as followers of Christ, we should live different to the world, living Christlike lives of honesty and kindness.. because that’s what Jesus did for us!
We are blessed in the heavenly realms with every blessing in Christ – but how do we grasp and experience those blessings? Through prayer! And Paul’s prayer for the Ephesians gives us a wonderful way to pray.
God’s people were supposed to reflect God’s justice and righteousness to a watching world but they had failed and become violent, corrupt and selfish and the poor and the widow were paying the price. Isaiah brings God’s charge, God’s verdict but also God’s promise.
