Paul’s teaching to Titus reiterates that we are saved through God’s grace, and it is through that grace, in the light of the Gospel, that we can change our ungodly behaviour to be more Christlike. [Titus 3: 1-15]
Paul gave advice to Titus on living the Christian life, and sticking to sound doctrine: teaching individuals within the early Christian communities so they, and now we too, would all shine the light of Jesus Christ through how we live our lives. [Titus 2: 1-15]
Paul’s final words to Timothy were to continue to preach the Gospel in good times and bad, whether it was popular or unpopular, just as he did. [2 Timothy 3:10-17] [2 Timothy 4:1-22]
