NOTICE IS GIVEN that we, St Nicholas Church Stevenage, are applying to the Consistory Court of the diocese for permission to carry out the following:
The proposed works are to renew the path that runs through the churchyard, from the lych gate to the entrance of Western Road cemetery, which will widen the path by approx 50% and replace the steps by the lych gate with a ramp. The churchyard is a closed churchyard and Stevenage Borough Council have responsibility for the churchyard and will be carrying out the work and meeting the cost of the works.
